Our Mission
The mission of Team Racing-2-Education (R2E) is to develop elementary, middle, and high school Student Leaders and high achievers through mentoring and learning the skills of preparation, commitment, practice and execution, of enrichment activities and sports.
Our Motorsports Focus
Team R2E’s motorsports activities focus on the introduction and training of motorsports centered on the professional and amateur racing series of NASCAR, F1, Indy, go-kart and local dirt racing circuits.
Our Vision and Philosophy
Our philosophy is fun drives participation and growth. The foundation of motorsports are the components of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) whereby the enjoyment of motorsports deepens the learning about the STEM elements of the sport.
Sports
Major sports such as football, basketball, baseball, golf, and soccer rely on youth little league systems or community youth programs to fuel participation and interest up through the college and professional levels.
Racing
Racing and motorsports, however - especially in urban areas - largely do not exist in local youth programs.
Our Niche
Offering youth an exciting introduction to racing and motorsports, Team R2E taps into youth’s natural interest in the speed and power of vehicles, creating engagement and participation in fun activities and academic-enhancing STEM secondary school, college, vocational school, and career opportunities.
